On yet another day of kitchen shenanigins and experiments! Birthday cake!

Description:-

2 layer chocolate cake with a dark chocolate ganache with marachino cherry filling, almond butter cream topped with dark chocolate ganache, cherries and peanut creme chocolate balls

And guess what....the cake is non dairy, the filling and frosting is vegan, only the peanut creme chocolate balls are dairy.

And guess what again....you will never know 🤪

Been working on my ice creams!

This is totally vegan and you would never know!!! It tastes great!

Made with coconut milk!!! No "extra air", not too sweet, decadent and indulging.

Presenting:-

1. Vanilla
2. Salted caramel swirl
3. Chocolate fudge swirl
