My latest notebook design sends a positive message, “Anxiety Lies, There is a way through this, you just haven’t found it yet”. In the design, the clocks represent new beginnings and opportunities - to remember to always keep trying, and the lavender represents sincerity and selfless love - to always be calm and patient with ourselves. These are reminders that we are not alone in our struggles and to not believe the doubts and the fears.

Inside, you will find plenty of space to record your thoughts, reflect on your experiences, and work through your unease. Add it to your set of tools that you have employed to help you reframe negative thoughts and develop coping strategies.
