• Minimum of one year of continuous experience working as a barista or similar position in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
• Availability to work full-time, including shifts within the café's operating days and hours.
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to upholding our reputation for exceptional customer service.
• Genuine passion for coffee, premium ingredients, exceptional flavours, and continuous learning.
• Professional, dependable, and proactive, with a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.

Almost five years ago, she joined Boba & Brew as a barista with a lot of heart – part of the team that opened our doors and helped shape what we would become.

From Barista to Team Lead, to Hospitality Lead, and eventually Operations Lead, her journey with us has been one of growth, learning, and taking on more along the way.

Ask the team about her, and you’ll hear about someone who supported them, trained them persistently, and, for some, became like a sister. Ask our customers, and many will know the charm, charisma, and warmth she brought to their visits – qualities that always felt right at home at Boba & Brew.

We’re grateful for everything she contributed, for the way she embraced and helped develop the brand, and especially proud that Boba & Brew could be a place where she developed too.

Now she’s turning more of her attention toward something that has always been part of who she is: singing and entertaining. Those of us who worked alongside her know that always made its way into a shift too. 🎶😂

The London Fog is a café classic we've been exploring for a long time. We knew there was potential to make it distinctly ours, but we didn't want to rush it.
So we experimented. Tasted. Adjusted. And kept building.
It begins with the citrusy, aromatic character of Earl Grey tea.
Then comes our house-made lavender syrup, bringing floral sweetness and subtle herbal depth.
On top, a silky lavender cold foam with vanilla adds a decadent layer.
And finally, pieces of our house-made honeycomb candy, made with real honey, for a little sweetness and crunch above the clouds.
Floral, creamy, aromatic and layered, with Earl Grey still at the heart of it all.
