📢 VACANCY: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Syd & Abi’s Mini Mart E Street Ext, F***y Village, Point Fortin
Position Type: Part-time

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our minimart/mini hardware team. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and able to maintain a clean and well-stocked store while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Wipe counters and maintain cleanliness at the beginning of every shift
• Assist customers with product selection and sales
• Take stock and make notes of low or out-of-stock items
• Record frequently requested items to assist with restocking decisions
• Sort, organize, and merchandise items on shelves
• Pack out goods and restock shelves and chillers
• Pack snacks and arrange displays neatly
• Sweep and mop the store at the end of each shift
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming store environment

• Good communication and customer service
skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to follow instructions and routines consistently
• Basic numeracy skills (counting stock, handling cash, simple calculations)
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Time management and ability to multitask
• Honest, trustworthy, and dependable
• Physically able to stand for long periods and handle light lifting

Academic Requirements
• Minimum: Secondary school education
• Basic literacy and numeracy required
• No formal certification required (training will be provided)

• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn is essential
