We do not offer used or damaged merchandise for sale. If the same was damaged in transit to our shop by our supplier, we absorb the loss and do not offer same for sale. We take great pride in the curated and exquisite products which we offer for sale. Refund policy- Online purchases made through our site or via Facebook or Instagram messaging are valid for exchange or you can receive a shop credit
which is non-expirable. We have a seven (7) day return policy. Time starts to run from the time and date that the item is delivered to you. We do not offer cash refunds. Prior to purchase and upon seeing an item on our site, Instagram or Facebook, if you require a closer look at the item from our stock - prior to placing your order, we will send a picture or video to you of the item. Once you are satisfied, you can confirm your order. We try as best as possible to provide pictures and descriptions on our product listing so that there is absolutely no misleading. The cost of returning an item will be at the expense of the customer. Note for item upon receipt-
You are advised that upon receipt of the item by either of our courier services, you open the item and confirm that the item delivered is the intended item of purchase. Further that the item bears no damage upon arrival. If upon inspection upon arrival, it is deemed that the item is damaged, you are to immediately advise the courier of non-acceptance of the item and notify us via messenger or whats app immediately. Items which would not qualify for refund
We will be unable to exchange or offer a store credit on the following item categories if a refund is requested-
i. Items which are requested refund outside of the 7 day period
ii. Items that have been used and damaged subsequent to delivery
iii. Items which have been purchased on sale.
