All beans are premium 'trinitario' beans. The T.O.V.A.C.O is the only one of it's kind, made from beans sourced off the Louis d'Or Estate, Tobago and from 'the catchment area' located in the foothills of the Montserratt Hills, Gran Couva. Both areas rich in history and also the history of cocoa growing in the country. After meticulous post-harvest processing, the beans are carefully roasted, winnowed, ground & tempered, cooled then hand wrapped.
