We are a Trinidad based, family owned, bean to bar chocolate company. We make dark chocolates, cocoa tea, cocoa nibs & more. We started on this exciting journey in 1998 when the opportunity arose to purchase an old cocoa plantation in St Marks, Grenada. Since then we have learnt so much and through laughter and tears we have evolved into the business we are today. We believe that the cocoa bean is

truly amazing as it gives us so many treats from chocolate bars, to cocoa tea, to delicious chocolate baked goods. This has prompted our dedication to exploring the cocoa bean and all it has to offer.
