Good planning starts in Spring. A group of tea farmers work hard on the mountains every day to produce sweet alishan Alishan tea.The year begins with a beautiful prelude. Today is Valentine's day. We specifically visited kizuna chief teaker and founder he li yi about the creative concept of his brand so that everyone can understand his inner world.

" I think it is invaluable to be able to be able to meet each other and cherish each other. Therefore, I founded the brand of 'stumbling' and hope everyone can feel it when hot water meets tea to drink tea. When people are connected with people, a good tea warms his heart." he said, it seems like he had memorable sweet memories for supporting his brand concept.

I will share more intresting issues happened in this energetic and beautiful tea garden next time ~

"Destined to meet again" is a very meaningful sentense. It is already a fate to be able to meet, but it is also a test to be able to cherish the fate of each other. Every precious relationship seems very hard to break up, in fact, it is more fragile than glass, and even burst at any time. Only if everyone silently protects each other, no matter the difference of status and background, a warmest greeting can be last forever.

As with the idea of Kizuna, the leaves are facing differnce kinds of weather, even though not every leaf can be grown in healthy condition, but only the tea farmers are working hard to take care of them every day so that the leaves can receive lots of nutrition and awaiting our professional tea makers to produce extremely high quality Alishan Tea. Every flavor of the fragrant tea is the fruit of tea farmers and tea maker. ��

中秋過後，又到了迎接冬茶的時候啦🌱😉

冬茶，俗稱「尾水仔」，根據節氣，從小雪(11月中旬)後開始屬於產季，直到隔年大寒(12月底)結束為止。

由於冬季日夜溫差大，茶葉生長速度緩慢，一般茶農會等茶菁成熟後再採收，熟成完全，喝起來少苦多甘甜。冬茶茶湯色澤、芬芳較春茶淡薄，產量稀少，適合製成風味淡雅細膩的烏龍茶、包種茶，口感韻味深長，這也是冬茶香氣細膩，韻味縈繞不去，是行家必喝的好茶。🍵🍵
