吃滷味來島瓜 東坡島瓜的「島瓜」兩個字，與豆干的台語發音相近，但東坡的製品和台灣傳統滷豆干差異極大，浸泡三天再用獨家祖傳滷汁滷三小時而成,外觀滷到黑晶晶，散發出光澤，因為長時間滷製，滷好的豆干不管色澤、口感、外觀，都與東坡肉相近，因此取名東坡，熱食冷吃均適合，冷藏後也另有一番風味。
