家傳40年釣魚、釣具專業，老闆從小在釣漁船上長大。對於水產的品質有相當高的標準，這裡的每一隻鮮魚都是釣漁船野生現釣，自己敢吃才敢給客人，用照顧家人的心款待每一位客人。
老闆曾師事日本料理大師(謝大師)學習處理生魚片，對於魚的處理極其龜毛講究。全程『專業、新鮮、衛生、乾淨』。

-60℃超低溫急凍水產|
引進丹麥急速冷凍冰櫃，以超低溫-60℃冰存，無退冰狀態下(機器切片)真空包裝。鎖住水份、甜份，讓水產不變質。
