上下顎全口重建：
依患者條件評估後，選擇AllOn 術式，術前評估/組合式導板/當天給牙，
半年後轉換成正式假牙，使用Ti-Bar+全鋯冠，有感改變，患者開心!

該案例：
*使用Stramman ITI BLT 系統
*手術當天 lift，選擇不接出
*臨時假牙使用RodinTaitan，裝戴3個月後，下顎有斷掉並修補，評估可能為預鑽孔以flow reline，材料原始厚度減少，導致強度降低所致
*轉換正式牙為使用傳統印模，搭配既有臨牙口掃檔進行檔案整合及製作

Maxillary and Mandibular Full-Mouth Reconstruction:
Following comprehensive patient evaluation, an All-on-X surgical protocol was selected, incorporating preoperative assessment, stackable surgical guides, and immediate loading (same-day provisionalization). After a 6-month healing period, the provisional restoration was converted to a definitive prosthesis utilizing a titanium bar (Ti-Bar) framework combined with full-contour zirconia crowns. The noticeable transformation left the patient extremely satisfied!

Case Details
*Straumann ITI BLT implant system
*Sinus Lift & Unconnected Implant ，A sinus floor elevation (sinus lift) was performed at site #16 during surgery; the implant was left submerged/unconnected (sleeping implant) to avoid immediate loading.
*Provisional Failure，The provisional prosthesis was fabricated using 3D-printed Rodin Titan resin. Fracture of the mandibular provisional occurred 3 months post-insertion and was subsequently repaired. Clinical evaluation suggested that pre-drilling relief holes for flowable resin relining reduced the material's wall thickness, thereby compromising its structural strength.
*Definitive Impression & Digital Workflow ，For the definitive prosthesis, conventional master impressions were taken and integrated with intraoral scan data of the existing provisional restoration for digital alignment, CAD design, and final fabrication.

CLP Guide: Aesthetic Smile Rehabilitation
To design the ideal smile, clinicians utilize DSD (Digital Smile Design) for comprehensive pre-operative evaluation. When indicated, a CLP (Crown Lengthening Procedure) is executed via gingivectomy to modulate the crown height-to-width ratio, achieving an optimal aesthetic outcome tailored to the patient's anatomical framework.
The clinical workflow has increasingly integrated advanced digital modalities. By superimposing 3D facial scans, intraoral scans, and CBCT data, clinicians can fabricate highly precise surgical CLP Guides for targeted gingival resection. While these technologies elevate surgical precision, they remain true to the core philosophy of "beginning with the end in mind." AllOn的第二副臨時假牙：
AllOn 術式，當天完成第一副臨牙，提供患者暫時性美觀以及流動性食物飲食功能，第二副臨牙，於約莫8-10周骨整合後，進階依據患者顏面/咬合/齒肉，進行各方面的細節及適應調整，並產出實體與患者做確認，一切符合醫病需求後，再轉換成正式假牙

The Second Provisionals for the All-on-4/6 Procedure:
Under the All-on treatment protocol, the first set of provisional teeth is delivered on the very day of surgery, providing patients with immediate aesthetics and the ability to maintain a liquid diet. Following a bone osseointegration period of approximately 8 to 10 weeks, the second set of provisionals is crafted. This stage allows for advanced, meticulous adjustments tailored to the patient’s facial profile, occlusion , and gum contours, ensuring optimal adaptation. A physical prototype is then fabricated for the patient‘s verification. 打個組合拳，Asiga列印機列印Rodin Titan料，是我all on 第一副臨時假牙的作業日常，材料搭配Asiga列印的細節不錯，該有的Texture 都在，後處理後只要染色即可，材料不便宜，但斷裂的機率蠻低，操作效率也高，主打一個花錢買安心~
