乍聽名字，會以為是一家以布丁豆花為主體的冰店，但吃過的人都知道，以豆花起家的福泉之所以能夠在戰況激烈的西子灣戰區屹立不搖的原因，除了品質及用料的實在外，更重要的則是─對食材的堅持、對顧客的用心及口耳相傳的實力。
