這次和tamen:的聯名草帽，早在去年就完成了。
帽子完成後，我們忍了好久都沒有急著曝光，而是配合tamen:整體的行銷規劃，直到今年才正式推出這次的聯名活動。
合作過程中，我們依照tamen:對帽型比例的想法，在既有的帽型上做了不少細節調整。過去我們比較少有機會和服裝品牌合作，這次也讓我們重新理解，帽冠高一點、帽簷寬一點，或是角度有些微不同，都會影響整體穿著的比例和視覺效果。
這三款聯名帽都是由苑裡在地工藝師手工編織完成，再經過整燙成型、車縫等工序製作。相同的藺草，因為使用不同的帽模，以及不同的編織細緻度，就會呈現不同的風格和穿搭感。
每次和不同品牌合作，我們都想著：怎麼讓藺草用現在的方式被更多人使用。也很謝謝tamen:願意花時間理解材料、理解工藝，讓我們一起完成這次合作。
很高興隔了一年，終於可以正式跟大家分享這次合作。也希望透過這次聯名，讓更多人有機會接觸藺草工藝，而不是只有原本就認識藺草的人。

一頂帽子，從苑裡的藺草開始。這一次，tamen: 邀請藺子共同工作，發展三款手工藺草帽。
tamen: 從帽型、比例與完整穿著出發，調整帽冠、帽簷、成型角度與織帶；藺子則從草料、編織密度與材料特性回應，使想像中的輪廓真正落進藺草與雙手之中。
三款帽子使用藺子自主開發的帽模，皆以傳統壓二編技法製作。相同的藺草，因編織密度與比例不同，形成各自不同的輪廓與穿著狀態。
帽子完成的那一刻，並不是它最後的樣子。
藺草原本就帶著不同的色澤、纖維與編織張力；戴上之後，陽光、時間和每個人的使用方式還會繼續改變它。帽體慢慢變軟，草色逐漸加深，帽簷也在一次次配戴之間，長成更接近自己的樣子。
這一次，也想邀請您到現場摸一摸藺草、戴上帽子。很多關於比例與輪廓的事情，真正戴上之後才會知道。

02 | 聯名手機掛繩編織體驗
使用藺草與 tamen: 的庫存布料，在工作人員協助下，完成一條可以帶回日常使用的手機掛繩。

A hat begins with rush grass from Yuanli.
For this edition, tamen: collaborated with 藺子 to develop three handcrafted rush hats.
tamen: shaped the crown, brim, angles, and ribbons with the overall look and proportions in mind. 藺子 responded through their knowledge of the material and weaving, allowing each silhouette to take form through the making process.
Shaped over 藺子’s custom blocks and woven using a traditional “two-over-two” technique, the same rush grass takes on three distinct silhouettes through variations in weave density and proportion.
Completion is just the beginning. Rush grass carries its own tone, texture, and tension. With wear, sunlight, time, and the way you live with it, the hat continues to change—softening with wear, deepening in color, and allowing the brim to gradually take the shape of its wearer.
Come feel the rush and try them on. Some details of shape and proportion can only truly be felt once worn.
