Description

This assembly machine will have following assembly procedures.
1.Ball seats are arrayed and fed from bowl feeder.
And then ball seat is picked up and inserted into valve body.
2.Valve stem is inserted into body.
3.Steel ball is placed on ball seat.
4.Stem seal is assembled.
5.Stem nut is placed and tightened.
6.Cap and ball seat are assembled
7.Glue is dispensed and then tightened.
8.Assembling handle.
9.Stem and O-ring assembling.

All above assembly procedures will be done automatically without manpower.

Horizontal rotary transfer machine is designed and made for the parts needed two directional machining; vertical and horizontal. However, if the machining shall be done on the parts in 180 degree apart, then vertical rotary transfer machine can be used. On vertical direction, one more machining spindle can be added on.

This machine is making nuts, drilling both sides, chamfer both sides, tapping both sides. Loading and unloading is automatic process.

A component of rotor needed to be chamfered after two slots have been made in 180° apart.
The slot is made in two step diameters. And the contour is 3 dimensional.
This CNC 4-station chamfer machine is installed a 4-station planetary table.
Station 1 is for loading,
station 2: chamfer one slot, and then rotates 180°, chamfer 2nd slots. Station 3: chamfer in different slot corners, and rotates 180° do the same work on the other slots.
Station 4 is for unloading.

Conventional rotary transfer machine will run multiple station machining. However each station will work on vertical and one horizontal machining.
If there are more than one direction of machining on horizontal, this rotary transfer machine will not fit this requirement.
Planetary rotary transfer machine has been designed and made for this purpose.
The fixture table can be rotated in pre-set angle, then machining can be done on multiple directions and angles.
The video shows a planetary rotary transfer machine making earth drill which will have coolant holes in 120 degree apart, and drill flutes in 120 degree apart.

Conventional broaching machine is using either box way or linear guide way as its moving slide.
And this broaching machine has been designed and made with patented 3-point contact moving slides. Which is to add a third linear guideway in the middle of slide. There are two contact surfaces to enhance the strength and accuracy of slide movement. With this special feature, we can maintain broaching machine performance and accuracy.
