紅糖(brown sugar 俗稱黑糖)，主要成分是蔗糖，屬於雙醣的成品，黑糖的精緻程度比較低(不到80%)，保留不少礦物質和維生素，特別是鈣、鉀、鐵、鎂及葉酸等，黑糖裡的糖蜜滋味還帶著一般砂糖所沒有的炭燒香氣
自然農法種植甘蔗，以龍眼枝慢火熬煮，採用人工煉製，不含防腐劑及人工香料
