After spending over two years in Cambodia, Chamkar has returned to Taiwan, ready to embark on an exciting new chapter in Taipei. Our journey was not without its challenges, as the relentless grip of COVID-19 forced us to temporarily close our operations in Cambodia. However, we chose to seize this moment as an opportunity to travel to America and France, broaden our horizons by exploring and acquiring new skills. Growing up in the picturesque region of Provence, France, it felt like a natural choice when we settle back in Taipei to introduce the beautiful goods I love from my home-town to Taiwan. I am passionate about delivering original and authentic products from Provence, where talented craftsmakers create exquisite items. Additionally, I have embarked on crafting my own product line using treasures from local farmers in Taiwan and from my family's region in Provence. Drawing inspiration from both Provence and Taiwan, our homemade products bring the best of both worlds – France and Taiwan – right into your home. Just as Chamkar, our values and spirit remain the same, to offer you authentic products made from natural ingredients that make you feel good.

2009年 Coral跟我第一次到柬埔寨🇰🇭探訪世界聞名的吳哥窟廟群，在小巷內發現一家蔬食餐廳，十分雀躍興奮。雖然是蔬食，但因為豐富的香料、香草讓每道菜都那麼的讓我回味無窮。我跟Coral 每天都報到，心想如果能免費吃到該有多好。2011年的夏天我的夢想成真了，Chamkar蔬食在天母台北正式營運。這8年一路走來，感謝大家的支持、媒體報導、能走到今天完全是各位的愛護、肯定。
未來我們會多花時間在家人身上，修補夫妻一起工作造成的傷痕，還有努力柬埔寨餐廳。
結束是很痛苦的決定，我也捨不得。
跟大家一起創造出來的美好回憶、感動
深深烙印在我們心裡 ，會陪伴我們勇敢迎向未來。
