近期本公司遭到客戶用假帳號惡意留言洗版攻擊，在此做出解釋以正視聽。此人在已經知曉預購期為一個月的情況下與本公司預購三枚收藏幣。爾後因小編漏按確認收款通知此人決定取消訂單，本公司尊重且快速地幫助此人取消訂單，並承諾會全額退款。
再次嚴正申明
一、小編在對話中從未表達【不退款】、【只能支票退款】或者【不能用匯款退款】，對話中解釋非常清楚，【支票退款是最快的方式，若堅持要用匯款小編需要與公司確認流程】
二、本公司遵紀守法，在處理任何訂單絕無任何觸法行爲！
三、此人不斷在本公司粉專及MOMO購物平台洗板惡意留言已嚴重侵害本公司商譽，在此提醒當事人恐已觸犯-刑法第310條（誹謗(毀謗)罪） ：「意圖散布於眾，而指摘或傳述足以毀損他人名譽之事者，為誹謗罪，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或五百元以下罰金。散布文字、圖畫犯前項之罪者，處二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或一千元以下罰金。
四、小編在回應此人充滿情緒化的發言依然還是發送笑臉説謝謝是身爲客服的職業操守，絕非此人留言中惡意的揣測！
