As the New Year’s overture begins, Zong Yih Rubber, long rooted in the Dajia Youth Industrial Park, made this year’s year-end banquet truly different. Instead of pursuing the flashy luxury of city restaurants, Zong Yih chose to step into the embrace of the mountains and forests of Yuanli, Miaoli, hosting nearly 20 tables at “Red Guava Creative Cuisine,” a venue rich with the warmth of the land. This was not only a year-end celebration to thank employees for their hard work, but also a meaningful practice that seamlessly blended ESG values with local food-and-agriculture culture, showcasing Zong Yih’s firm commitment to “coexisting and thriving together” with the local community.
Golden Hits, Shared Joy: Everyone Wins and Smiles All Night
The banquet venue turned into an energetic live concert! Managers and colleagues, regardless of title or role, took turns on stage to sing their hearts out, letting everyday fatigue dissolve into laughter and cheers. The most suspenseful moment, of course, was the lucky draw, which sparked nonstop screams across the room. The company also prepared warm, generous red envelopes to ensure every colleague who helped create value could return home happy. This “everyone wins” arrangement was not just a tangible reward, but a beautiful reflection of Zong Yih Rubber’s 47-year belief in caring for employees like family.

Ms. Lin, who joined only last year, exclaimed that she felt as if she had won the lottery: “ Zong Yih is famous as a ‘happy workplace.’ The hiring bar is high, the benefits are great. As we welcome the New Year, Zong Yih Rubber, a long-time member of the Dajia Youth Industrial Park, did something special for this year’s party! Instead of a fancy city restaurant, we headed into the beautiful mountains of Yuanli, Miaoli. We hosted nearly 20 tables at "Red Guava Creative Cuisine," a place that feels like home. This wasn't just a dinner to thank our team, it was a way to support local farmers and show our commitment to the community.

The party felt like a live concert! Managers and team members jumped on stage to sing their favorite songs, laughing and letting go of the year’s hard work. Of course, the lucky draw was the most exciting part, with everyone cheering and shouting! To make sure everyone went home happy, the company prepared "red envelopes" for all the staff.
