Hello folks 🫶
Besides our regular essential oil distiller we regularly get orders for custom made units.
This one is 16 gal boiler and 2 gal column unit made for from us who is very experienced with frankincense essential oil extraction.

As you may know for frankincense one has to go for water distillation, that’s the reason why the boiler is so big unlike our regular units with the column almost the volume of the boiler.

🔶This unit has:
• sight glas
• 2 outlets for electric heaters
• Outlet for drainage valve
• Overpressure and thermometer outlet

Our Commercial steam distillation equipment 74G (280L) with a loading capacity of 63G (240L) has become even more convenient and practical.
⠀
We’ve added wheels, making it much easier for one person to move this large structure. 🛠️🔧
The rack that holds the EO separator is now connected to the main rack for greater convenience. 🧴🔗
We have changed the frame for the gas burner, allowing it to be easily moved aside when tilting the tank. 🔥💨

Additionally, we added a water level defense and improved the element for securing the tank in a vertical position during operation. 💦🔒

Distillation with our equipment is simple and quick. To enjoy your hand-crafted EO, follow these three easy steps:

🔧 Assemble the distiller and get it running.
⏳ Wait for a layer of precious essential oil to appear in the essential oil separator. In most cases, your EO will accumulate above the hydrosol.
🧴 Use a pipette to carefully collect the essential oil into a dark glass bottle.

All that’s left is to disassemble and rinse the distiller. 🧼
