POKEMON 30TH ANNIVERSARY RELEASE.
Please read for all information regarding today.

To combat stores selling product early, Pokémon has decreed that stores must receive their products from distributors on the day of its global release, Wednesday, September 16th. This means stores cannot have the product ready to sell in the morning on release day.

Because of this, we have decided to move our big release day to Thursday, September 17th at 3:00 P.M.

On our new release day, we will have Pokémon 30th Celebration products available for sale, with product limits in place.

Important: Sealed Product

We will be breaking the seals on all sealed products, including but not limited to Poster Collections, Tech Sticker Collections, and Elite Trainer Boxes. Individual booster packs will remain sealed.

Raffle System

For this release, we will be using a raffle system for Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs). We also plan to use this raffle system for other large releases and high-demand products like these in the future.

The raffle system gives customers the opportunity to purchase an ETB if their name is drawn. Being selected in the raffle does not mean you receive an ETB for free; it gives you the opportunity to purchase one, subject to our product limits and availability.

Raffle tickets will be available from 3:00 P.M. until 3:50 P.M.

Raffles will be drawn at 4:00 P.M.

Please Read: Line & Store Rules

Please do not line up inside the store or crowd the store while waiting for the 3:00 P.M. release.

Customers waiting in line will not be allowed into the store until 3:00 P.M.

You may line up outside the store before the release, provided that the line follows the City's public right-of-way and pedestrian safety requirements.

The line does not start at the front door and must not block or obstruct our entrance or the entrances of any neighboring businesses. Please keep all doorways, entrances, sidewalks, and pedestrian access clear for customers, employees, and the public.

The line will be honored, but we will not tolerate cutting, place-holding, or holding a position in line for someone else of any kind.

We appreciate everyone's understanding as we work to make this release as fair as possible for everyone in our community to enjoy the hobby.

We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause, and we truly appreciate everyone bearing with us as we do our best to make sure everyone has a fair opportunity to obtain product.
