Norwex is voluntarily recalling the Silver®Care Junior Toothbrush and Norwex-branded Silver®Care Junior Toothbrush (herein referred to as Kids SilverCare Toothbrush) intended for use in children ages 2 to 6.
Reason for the Voluntary Recall:
Recently we learned of a potential issue with the Kids SilverCare Toothbrush in which the brush disengages from the toothbrush handle. We immediately began our own testing and asked the manufacturer to do the same. To date, we are aware of seven product malfunctions worldwide, none of which resulted in injury.
Given the potential risk, we have decided to remove the Kids SilverCare Toothbrush from our offerings.
