After four wonderful years in business, we’ve had to close our v**e shop due to changes in city politics and regulations. We are angry, devastated, and wish this had never happened to us. This shop was our pride and joy — something we poured our hearts into — and it’s heartbreaking to see it end this way.
We want to thank all of our amazing customers who supported us through the years. You made this journey worthwhile.
We also want to give special thanks to our incredible landlord, Andrew Way, who has been nothing but kind and understanding. Whoever takes over this space will be lucky to work with him — he truly cares.
For anyone interested in taking over the lease: the space is 1,920 sq. ft., featuring an overhead door in the rear. There are no triple net charges — the lease price is all-inclusive. Tenants are responsible for electricity, water, and natural gas (for heat only). Additionally, the new tenant will have the option to pay a small fee for billboard advertising to help promote their business.
Though we’re deeply hurt by how things turned out, we hope someone new will take over this beautiful location and turn it into their next successful business.
