Have you been wondering about the Thrift shop? Are you looking for a community to enjoy your time at Dyess with? Have you been looking for fun socials to get involved with? Wanting to volunteer around the base or get involved with the Thrift Shop??

Board and chair positions are open and ready to be filled for the 26-27 DSC year! We are in need of many bodies to keep the club up and running. Without volunteers to commit to leading in the 26-27 year, we are in danger of dissolving both DSC and the thrift store. So if you want to continue to shop the thrift store and engage with the community and others through the DSC, we need you!

Due to Dyess Spouses Club changeover the Thrift Shop will be closed until further notice and we will not be accepting donations. There are several locations around Abilene that would love your donations.
*Love and Care ministries (just clothing)
*Christian Service Center (clothes and decent housewares)
*Taylor Jones Humane Society
* All Kind (animal shelter) take blankets
*Habitat for Humanity Restore.

🌟 Hey Dyess Thrift Friends!
Our Expansion Project has grown bigger and better than we ever imagined! However, this means the shop will remain closed for a bit longer 😩 Many of our volunteers work full time, have families, and/or are simply juggling commitments, so we appreciate your patience as we navigate this exciting journey. If you're interested in helping out, even if it's just temporarily to help the shop reopen, we’d love to have you on board! Shoot us a message if you're interested!🙌💕

And we're still hard at work establishing our summer hours with our amazing volunteers, so be sure to keep an eye on our page for updates. We like to try to ensure it's a schedule that we'll be able to maintain all season so it takes some time and coordination!🗓💯
