This weekend we are officially headed into the Virgo Season. Now even if this is not your sign, that does not mean you won’t be impacted in some way. This time is the best time to maybe slow down a little.

Stop and smell the roses if you will and take care of yourself. Self care is important, you know. I’m not telling you to book a trip to Italy. It can be as simple as a night in at home, a night out with friends. Whatever is your happy place. Your calm. Virgo season means fall is on the way. It is cozy season and you should embrace that.

Reset yourself. Recenter yourself. And completely regroup before moving onto the next season by being gentle and kind to yourself.

TODAY IS ECLIPSE DAY, HOLD ON TO YOUR HEADS BECAUSE THIS ENERGY DID NOT COME TO PLAY, DID IT?

If you are wanting to see it and are able to, head outside at around noon on the East Coast. Remember that even though it is just a partial eclipse, you still should not look directly at it.

Protect those lovely eyes!

☄️A little bonus as well, if you are up late tonight, head back outside again because you will see a stunning meteor shower, the annual Perseid Meteor Shower! While eclipses are good for letting things go, meteor showers are great for wishes and manifestations.

So Just keep that in mind as you are sitting outside and watching the display.

Tomorrow, August 12th, there will be an eclipse and while no one here in the United states is going to see the totality of it, some of us on the East Coast can see partial. But all of us are going to be feeling that energy from it so let’s talk about that and about what you can do to utilize it.

A partial eclipse is always the best time for self reflection and lots of shadow work. This one is going to be no different. It is a good time to do some reflecting to decide if you need to let go of any bad habits and to actually do it. (Cord cutting rituals, shadow work, cleansing, banishment, etc)

As far as spellwork goes during an eclipse, follow your gut. Many say the energy is too chaotic for you to rein in to do anything properly and others say to use that chaos to your advantage. You will know which path is correct for you and that is exactly what you should do.
