Estate Sale Event***
The Estate Sale Event will take place in a beautiful home in Watertown's city school neighborhood. A great array of household and various treasures for all.
Some of the items included in the Estate Sale Event:
Antique Victorian style couch and loveseat, cherry coffee table, end tables, brass table lamps, pair of modern fabric chairs, chaise lounge, antique telephone stand, telescope, rare guilded wall clock, dining table w/ six chairs, sideboard, wine racks, tea cup collection, Curtis oak coffee table, leather couch w/ ottoman, leather chair w/ ottoman, large office desk, office chairs, file cabinet, air conditioners, king size four post bed frame, full size bed, white dresser, white nighstand, tallboy dresser, full dresser w/mirror, pair of matching nightstands, recliner, full length mirror, fenton lamp, picture frames, various artwork pieces, various rugs throughout, credenza, antique stand, sewing machine, mid century dresser, holiday, bass guitar, stereo equipment, vinyl records, games, large array of kitchenware, linens, silverware, glassware, cut glass, wicker outdoor furniture, outdoor patio table, BBQ grill, lawn chairs, lawn mower, garden tools, restraunt dishware, tools, ladders, garden cart, tarps, misc.hardware, washer and dryer, and a large variety of knick knacks and treasures.
The event rules:
On Saturday 8/22 we will have a sign up sheet at 8:00am for entry into the home. Depending on the amount of people, we will only be able to allow so many in at a time. The garage will open at 8:30 for all present to purchase items. At 9:00am we will open the house according to the sign up sheet.
On Sunday 8/23 there will be no sign up sheet and the house and garage will open simultaneously.
We accept cash, local checks and Venmo. Being a business, we are required to collect local sales tax unless you have a reseller tax exemption. Please bring trucks and extra help to load larger items. Arrangements can be made to hold large items once paid and pending pickup. We ask that you have large items picked up no later than 2:00pm Sunday, August 23rd. All items are sold "As- Is" and all purchases are final. Please be respective of the neighbors and don't block driveways or park on lawns. This will be an event that you won't want to miss. There are so many unique items for everyone. Stop by and look for a treasure and be sure to share with family and friends.
