🍯 Baking Hack: How to Swap Sugar for Honey!

Did you know honey is naturally sweeter than granulated sugar? That means you can use less while keeping all the flavor.

If you're making the swap, start by replacing up to half of the sugar called for in your recipe. Then, follow these 3 golden rules for baked goods:

💧 Cut the liquid: Reduce other liquids by 1/4 cup for every 1 cup of honey used.

🥄 Add baking soda: Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda per cup of honey to balance the natural acidity.

🔥 Lower the heat: Drop your oven temperature by 25°F to prevent over-browning.
