Been a minute since we posted but we're back! A lot has happened since our last post. Change of employees, change of process, etc. We had to address certain issues in order to get better. Here's some pics we did! Enjoy!!

1ST PRACTICE: I met an awesome boxing trainer who came in for a grill. His name is Jeff Nojo. He's actually does mma. The thing I like is he explains WHY. Why is so important for so many reasons. Excellent knowledge and very resourceful. Go check him out in Kalihi on the corner of Dillingham by Jollibee.
