Row 1 (Far Back): Sugar snaps planted along both sides. 2/3 Chocolate Cherry sunflowers on the right, 1/3 Yellow sunflowers on the left.
Row 2: Pinkeye peas running along both the front and back sides.
Row 3: Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Cabbage.
Row 4: Landis Winter lettuce, Burpee Bibb, and Purple Cabbage.
Row 5: 2/3 Parris Island lettuce, 1/3 Mesclun blend.
Row 6 (Far Front): 2/3 Gourmet lettuce mix, 1/3 Mesclun blend.

Can you believe these tiny feather babies are almost 2 weeks old already?! 🐣🌾✨ It is so amazing watching them grow every single day, especially seeing those gorgeous wing feathers pin in and spread out! 🪶🪺🤎

And of course, I have to give a extra big shoutout to this tiny sweetheart, Runt! 🥹💛 It may be small, but it's got a huge place in our hearts! 💪🐥✨

🐣 Exciting hatch news! 🐣

​We just finished our latest hatch and welcomed 16 fluffy little quail chicks out of 20 eggs! 🎉 That’s an 80% hatch rate, and we couldn't be happier with how well these tiny guys did.

​They are officially moved over, warm, and cozy in the brooder, super active, and settled right in.
​There’s nothing quite like the sound of tiny peeps filling the room! Stay tuned for updates and pictures as these sweet fluffballs grow! 💕✨

The circle of life is strong at Freya's Grove today! While one generation is busy breaking out of their shells in the brooder, our established flock was busy bringing this into the coop. The first official egg laid on the homestead! 🌾🍳

Who needs cartoons when you have quail hatching live? 🍿🐣

RJ is taking his job as Head Quail Inspector very seriously today! From correcting mom ("I mean quail!") to telling the babies not to peck each other, he’s got this entire hatch under control. 😂

Watching these little fluffballs break out is truly the best family TV around! 🐥✨

🎉 The Fluffpocalypse has officially begun! 🐣💛

We have FOUR little explorers on the outside of their shells this morning, and the incubator is buzzing with action!

Right now, we have a mix of damp-but-determined striped cuties and our very first fully-fluffed yellow tumbleweed. They are all finding their feet and practicing their little peeps! 🎶 It's hilarious to watch them tumble over each other and try to navigate.

But look at all those other eggs! 🥚 We are currently in "Lockdown" (which means the lid stays tightly closed!) while we wait for the rest of the crew to join the party. There are lots of pips and zips appearing, so we're expecting the 'fluff meter' to rise dramatically in the next few hours! ⏰👀

Action in the incubator! 🥚✨

We hit Day 17, locked down on Day 14, and the hard work is finally paying off... we have our very first external pips! 🐣

It’s amazing seeing those tiny star cracks, including a few from our Celadon blue eggs! Now these tiny pioneers are taking a quick power nap and absorbing their yolk before the big push.
