Probably my fav bark so far- 71% Guatemala w/ vanilla, Cobanero chili flake, bee pollen, cinnamon & all spice. Kinda tastes like a combo of banana bread / pan dulce / horchata.

I decided to make this from reading more about the Maya civilization. Cobán, Guatemala (where these beans are from) was once a Maya city where they used cocoa with those (^^^) ingredients in every day cooking and rituals. Turns out great combo
