Many people in the Akron area have heard of us. Even more wear our products, but unfortunately, not all time is golden. LiRo Apparel has suffered through many hardships to be known, and to spread its wings. Recently, we have been feeling overwhelmed with everything happening around us, and considered shutting our doors. Not permanently, but taking a step back and taking time to reset and realign our vision of where we want our brand to go. We were flirting with the idea of letting destiny take its course. Until now. We prayed and prayed for guidance, and then happened across this telenovela, while looking for something new to watch. Here, we saw one of our products. One of OUR products, displayed in all its bright, colorful glory. And seeing as how we were deciding to let destiny take us on its path, it seems fitting that the show is titled “Defying Destiny”. We saw this as our sign that our doors should never close, and that we need to keep pushing forward. Thanks to our scarf, we now have the determination to push back against our fears, our uncertainty, and the tumultuous waves that the future holds, and to defy destiny ourselves. While we will be rolling back, and proceeding at a slower pace than before, but we will proceed forward nonetheless.

Hello LiRo Friends! It has been some time since we have talked, and with the deepest sincerity, we apologize for the stagnation. Alas, our absence has not been for nothing! While we are continuing to develop new ideas, one has come to fruition! We have always been a family business, both owned and operated. Now, our grandma has decided to join us! Originally, Grandma would be given clothes of loved ones who had moved on, as a cute way to seal a memory for those that were survived by them. On Jan. 31, he received the World Entertainment Award for Best Children’s Album. On Sunday night, he attended the Grammys as a newly inducted member of the Recording Academy.
