To all the volunteers who have stepped up to help us tomorrow for Early Friday Setup, thank you! We couldn’t do this without you. If anyone would still like to help, we are looking for a couple more people to help Saturday morning from 7am to 10am. Just send me a message. 🌻

Happy Wednesday!! The weekend we’ve been waiting for is almost here, and the forecast looks absolutely amazing. We hope everyone is as excited as we are.

Thank you to everyone who has signed up for early set up Friday. We will begin at 3:00pm. We do have almost 40 vendors who plan to set up early, so please be sure to come at the time you were confirmed for. When you arrive at The Olde Farmhouse, pull into the main driveway and one of us will direct you to your spot. Remember, gates will close promptly at 6:00pm so The Farmhouse Staff can get some well needed rest.

On Saturday, vendors may begin to set up anytime after 7:00am. Please remember, we do have neighbors, so we cannot open the gates to anyone before 7:00am. Once you arrive, please stop at the check in stand (look for the red umbrellas) and we will direct you to your spot.

When you enter the property, please drive slowly. We ask that vendors unload and then park in the designated vendor parking area so others can get in. We will try to get everyone close to your spots, but if we find the grounds are getting torn up, we may have to have you park in the driveway or the field and unload. The event starts at 10:00am, so all vehicles must be parked in the field by 9:30am.

Another reminder. This event runs from 10 to 4 both days and all vendors are expected to stay until 4:00pm both days.
