One of the biggest lessons I can give anybody getting into the liquidation business: KEEP YOUR OVERHEAD LOW.

I recently visited a building that used to be a liquidation store, but that business is no longer there. What stood out to me is that we actually looked at this same location before opening TWT Whole Thang, but the overhead was too high.

We just celebrated our 1-year anniversary, and one reason we’ve been able to keep growing is because I believe in working your way up instead of rushing into a storefront.

Start from home with little to no overhead.

When you outgrow the house, move into a storage unit.

When you outgrow that storage unit, add another one or move into a bigger space.

You don’t need a storefront just because you started a business. Let the business FORCE you to the next level.

Keep your expenses low. Build your customers. Build your sales. Then grow when the numbers make sense.

If you want help learning how to get started in the liquidation business, visit LegalSideHustle.com or text 205-757-4591 and text:

“I WANT IN”

I’ll send you information about getting a consultation and learning how this business works.
