✨ Centuries of culinary tradition in one pot. ✨
Take a look inside this authentic Yunnan red clay steam pot! 🍲 Unlike regular pots, it has a unique central chimney. Pure steam rises through the center, condenses on the lid, and slowly cooks food in its own natural juices—creating an incredibly rich, clear broth.
The beautiful handwritten Chinese characters read 「調味」 (Tiáowèi), meaning "seasoning" or "to adjust flavor."
👉 Drop a 🍲 if you love traditional cooking!
