Abrams Claghorn Gallery The Abrams Claghorn Gallery pairs a curated gallery space with a museum-style store. The SF Bay area is rich with artists, makers, artisans, crafts people.

We have exhibited and sold fine and functional artworks created by diverse Bay Area artists since April 2015. All of the work, both in the store and gallery, is made by San Francisco Bay Area artists and makers. Over 70 of them are represented here. When you buy something here, as a gift or for yourself, you also help support the local art community. The gallery strives to exhibit local, emerging

and underrepresented artists. Each show in the gallery starts by seeking out artists with a distinct voice. There are two distinct spaces: a curated gallery space where the exhibition features one or a group of artists, all displaying work under one show title, and an accompanying museum-style store, featuring a wide range of hand crafted items in many mediums such as ceramics, wood, metal, leather, silk and other fabrics, and glass. And, of course, we have a good selection of fine art originals and prints. We are inspired by the wide range of nationalities, ethnicities, and religious backgrounds of the artists who live in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We strive to include people of all gender identities, cultures, ethnicities, and religions in our gallery shows and in the shop. The mission of Abrams Claghorn is to showcase artwork as the artist intends; the concept or statement is paramount, and we prefer to alter the gallery to fit the show. Figure Drawing Class Sundays at Abrams Claghorn

Next Class Sunday July 5 5-8pm

Explore Short Pose and Gesture Drawing

You’re invited to a figure drawing class on Sunday! This class series will focus on short pose figure drawing, beginning with quick 2-minute poses and gradually working up to 20-minute poses. We’ll emphasize gesture drawing, making it a great chance to loosen up your sketching skills and capture dynamic movement.

The class is open to all levels, including beginners—everyone is welcome! Please note that participants must be 18 or older to attend. Charcoals, paper, and drawing boards will be provided, but feel free to bring your own favorite materials if you’d like.

More dates will be announced soon, so stay tuned! We encourage you to register in advance to secure your spot.

You can bring your preferred drawing/painting materials if you like.
