LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we will work hard to help you locate the package. While we will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. Once a package has been shipped we cannot be held r
esponsible for a missing package. We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery. DELIVERY
We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Please be aware that once a package is shipped, the USPS often does not update package tracking information until it is delivered. Tracking information is provided on all orders. Think Out Loud Designs will only respond to requests to track orders that have gone beyond 14 business days from the date the order was placed. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by customer will be subject to additional shipping costs if returned to Think Out Loud Designs as undeliverable. Any package that is returned to the sender by the USPS and canceled by the customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Think Out Loud Designs does not accept liability for any packages after they have been accepted by the USPS for delivery to customer. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns. Priority Shipping (recommended) is available for all packages. This shipping option has expedited delivery which is typically 3-4 business days. Priority shipping includes insurance on your package through the USPS. All Coffee Mugs are shipped via priority mail through the USPS. Priority mail includes $50 insurance through the USPS. If you receive a damaged mug upon delivery, you must file a claim with the USPS for the damaged item. All inquiries of damaged coffee mugs will be referred to the USPS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING PRIORITY SHIPPING FOR YOUR ORDER. Returns, Exchanges Cancellations
All products available are made to order and/or custom and as a result WE DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final so you should double check the measurements provided to make sure you are ordering the correct size product. INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 2 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. If a defective item is received, item can be replaced for the same product, in the same size and color, after a clear picture showing the defect has been provided to us. Notifications need to be sent to [email protected]. We will not refund initial shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise we do not pay for return shipping. Returning shipments must be postmarked to return no more than 5 days of date that the order was received by customer. Orders that are received for return that do not meet the return policy requirements will be donated to a local charity. Orders cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged, or returned. Please take care when ordering to ensure you've got everything you need and have selected the correct designs. We cannot add to, remove, exchange, return, combine, etc. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
