It's a super sweet Wednesday. Today most of the red truck is a new super sweet variety and we picked most of this variety so today is your best chance to try it. I also have some Primus sweet corn. Both are bi-color and delicious. Located by Raleigh's Ace Hardware along Bridge Avenue in Albert Lea. Open 9-6 pm and picked fresh daily. $8 a dozen.

Tuesday, August 4th
Well it was a wet morning picking corn, but we got it done. There are 3 varieties of sweet corn on the red truck today: Octane, a super sweet variety, Primus, which will be the younger corn today, and a little Ambrosia, best suited for freezing corn today. It will be a couple of days before I have Ambrosia on the truck again.

I had the Octane for supper, and it was awesome. Just the right touch to my chicken burrito, and I had an ear by itself. Open 9- 6 pm. Located by Raleigh's Ace Hardware in Albert Lea.

What's better than 1 super sweet? 2 super sweet varieties! I will have the remaining Rosie super sweet corn that I had Thursday and a new super sweet called Cosmic on the red truck Monday. I will also bring a bit of Ambrosia if anyone wants it for freezing corn. Hours 9-6 pm. Located by Raleigh's Ace Hardware in Albert Lea. My brother, Richard, will be selling this morning in my place. If you want young sweet corn we also picked Primus, which will be the youngest corn on the truck. If you like more mature corn make sure to tell Richard because we also have that on the truck.

Rosie is back! I had this Thursday until about 1:30 pm and it is very sweet. I have limited amounts today, so be sure to get there early. I also have Ambrosia and Cappuccino. Located by Raleigh's Ace Hardware in Albert Lea. Open 9 am- 5 pm.

I'm so excited!
Today is a day you don't want to miss getting sweet corn from the red truck. I'm bringing the super sweet variety Rosie. We introduced this 2 years ago, and people came back the same day to buy more and it sold out. It's that good.

Located by Raleigh s Ace Hardware along Bridge Avenue in Albert Lea. $8 a dozen. Picked fresh daily and hours 9- 6 pm.

I will also have Ambrosia today and possibly a bit of Cappuccino.

2 varieties of delicious bi-color sweet corn on the red truck today: Ambrosia and Cappuccino. The Ambrosia ears will be the more mature and deep kernel and excellent for freezing. $8 a dozen and $7 a dozen if getting 6bdozen or more. Located by Raleigh's Ace Hardware along Bridge Avenue in Albert Lea. Open 9 am - 6 pm. 14 ears to the bag today. The picture is of the Cappuccino ears we had for supper.
