We are looking forward to seeing many friends and visitors during the 23 annual Taste and Tour March 14 and 15. We will have a pancake breakfast all day Saturday the 14th. On Sunday the 15th our maple shop and sugarhouse will be open for visiting and maple samples. We plan to have steam up and the sign in boards are ready! We have made syrup for 24 years together as a family. Come to visit and enjoy seeing and listening to how maple syrup is made. We will also have local goldenrod honey available for you to take home for your toast and tea!
Local blacksmith Tom Roseiski will be here to hammer red hot molten steel into decorative and useful pieces. Tom will teach you some of the techniques and art of blacksmithing at his forge.

Our weather in the Albion area has been very cold. Most area sugarmakers are getting ready for a spring thaw! We are looking forward to the Northwestern PA Maple Taste and Tour event March 14 and 15th. A big change will that Big Irene's restaurant from Albion will be making and serving pancake breakfast all day in our maple shop Saturday March 14th! A donation is suggested for the delicious meal.
We will have local maple syrup in all sizes, plus our maple sauces. Also maple peanut butter and maple cotton candy will be available. We hope to see you at the sugarhouse. Local Goldenrod honey will be for sale also.
