I’m honored to welcome a very special guest to Unmuted on Prospera TV Networklive next Wednesday September 2, time TBA Zonum Dancer a man whose story is rooted in brokenness, redemption, recovery, and purpose.
His journey has not been an easy one. Addiction took him to some of the darkest places of his life, including incarceration and the loss of nearly everything he had. But in a cold jail cell, he prayed a simple prayer that would ultimately change the direction of his life.
From there, he began rebuilding from the ground up. He worked long shifts as a general manager at Subway while putting himself through school, eventually earning his degree and becoming a substance abuse therapist.
Today, he walks alongside people who are facing many of the same battles he once fought himself. What makes his work so powerful is that he brings both professional training and lived experience to the table. He understands recovery not only from a textbook, but because he has lived it.
His passion for helping others extends beyond counseling. He is also a Dance Fit instructor who uses movement, music, and encouragement to help people care for their mind, body, and spirit.
His faith in Christ remains the foundation of his life and his work, and his message is one I believe so many people need to hear: your past does not have to define your future.
I’m looking forward to sitting down with him on the Prospera TV Network to talk about addiction, recovery, faith, second chances, purpose, and what it really takes to rebuild your life after everything falls apart.
This is going to be a powerful conversation. I hope you join us. All divine. 💯🫶🏽🩷💚
