By popular demand we have collaborated with La Lecheria again to have them incorporate our triple kinds of chocolate in their ice cream. Last time we did this the pints sold out very quickly. You can get them at Eldora Chocolate 8114 Edith NE in Albuquerque or if you’re in Santa Fe head down to lalecheria All made with real ingredients and no artificial flavors or colors, or lecithins. Just real food.

So proud of my team at Eldora. These three completed Level 1 tasting last year and now completed the much more difficult Level 2 tasting. They all took it upon themselves to get this higher level of tasting certification. This is in the DNA of Eldora - always pushing ourselves to get better, make better creations, better understanding of flavor. We think this translates into a better experience for our customers. We want you to experience fine chocolate in flavor, history, knowledge and sensory.

No artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no lecithins, and no synthetic preservatives. We call it just real food and like chocolate was made 35+ years ago. We will never substitute poor quality ingredients or lower quality ingredients. You deserve the best we can offer and trust us to do this every day. And thank you all for noticing we are distinct in the chocolate market place.
