Dispel Negativity

A thorough magical cleansing of both your mundane and your sacred space should be performed several times throughout the year. To remove negative energy, burn a black candle or use a smudging stick (or both). Open windows if possible. Move the candle or smudging stick through all of the rooms you wish to cleanse, visualizing any negative energy being dispelled.

Chant in each room:

Fading with the waning moon, negativity removed.

Ideally, use the same candle or smudging stick each time you perform this spell.

Garden Blessing

Today kicks off National Garden Week. That means this is a great time to do a garden blessing. Collect five quarter-size stones, crystals, or glass drops to represent air, fire, water, earth, and spirit. Select five points in your garden marking east, south, west, north, and center. This is where you will deposit your markers. You can leave them showing or bury them if you're concerned that someone may wander off with them.

Start in the east and place the air stone. Say:

Air, bring easy breezes to carry pollinators to my blooms.

Go to the south and place the fire stone. Say:

Fire, bring enough sunshine for healthy growth.

Go to the west and place the water stone. Say:

Water, be present with gentle rains to nourish and refresh.

Go to the north and place the earth stone. Say:

Earth, be fertile and blessed with balanced abundance.

Go to the center and place the spirit stone. Say:

Blessed be the spirits of the garden. May this be a garden of peace and harmony!

Get Your Desire

For this spell of desire, you will need the following supplies:

5 slips of paper
A pen
3 small scoops of kosher salt
A bowl of water
5 roses

Sit in meditation or contemplation of your desires. What do you desire in all parts of your life: love, work, fun, romance, and so on? Think of your five most potent desires and write each one on a slip of paper. Put the salt in the bowl of water and stir it clockwise. Read one of the slips of paper out loud and pick up one of the roses. As you read this desire, run the rose along your skin and smell it. When you feel ready, take some of the petals, touch them with your fingers, take in their scent, and drop them into the water along with the paper. Repeat this process with all of the desires you've written down. Anoint yourself with this water. The following day, pour your water out at a crossroads.

Set Your Intention

First thing when you wake up, choose an intention to set for your day. It could be anything from "enjoy vibrant health" to "wow the room with my afternoon presentation." If your intention is complex, find a way to condense it to a single sentence. For example, instead of "I will get to work on time, I will answer all of my emails, I will put my best foot forward on client calls, I will eat a healthy lunch,…" condense it to "I will succeed at all of my tasks."

Get yourself a beverage (coffee, tea, water, etc.) and put it in a mug large enough to stir. Have a spoon handy. If you add anything to your drink, such as sugar, milk, or honey, add it now. Pick up your spoon and stir clockwise, from the outside of the cup toward the center, and say: This day shall bring me positive energy. I shall [insert your intention].

This day shall bring me joy. So must it be.

Drink your beverage and allow the positive energy to permeate your body.

Rushing Waters

Have you ever felt that bodies of water have different personalities, just like people? For example, a turbulent river may invoke a feeling of intense, forceful energy, while a serene lake seems peaceful and gentle.

Take a small jar to a rushing river. When it feels right, hold the jar in the water with the opening facing the oncoming stream so that the water jumps into the jar full force. Cap the jar tightly, catching the active energy inside. Be safe while doing this, and don't go into any water that seems dangerous.

Store the jar with your magical supplies to use when you wish to manifest something quickly and dramatically.

Prior to any magical working, rub this water onto your hands and let dry while visualizing your goal. You can also use this water as a general spell-booster by sprinkling it sparingly onto your ritual items or ingredients. You can even add the whole jar to your bathwater if you feel drained and need a pick-me-up.

Elemental Centering

Visualize the four elements around you, with you as the center.

In your mind's eye, feel the power of the north, the power of earth, flow through you, growing up fro the ground and bringing you strength, stability, and grounding.

Feel the power of the east, the power of air, flow through you like wind, bringing you wisdom, communication, and inspiration.

Feel the power of the south, the power of fire, burn through you, bringing you passion, will, and true power.

Feel the power of the west, the power of water, flow through you, bringing you purity, healing, and rebirth.

Feel the elements dancing within you. Feel your spirit uniting with the, binding them together, uniting them with you. You are flooded with the full power of nature.

Good Morning ☀️👋

We are in our last month at the current location and we are consolidated inventory shelves to start migrating shelves and display racks over into the new space. Don't hesitate to ask about an item you might be looking for. 📦❓

We have been dealing with a small set back with the plumbing but we are determined to have that completed and get back on track this week. 🛠️💪

We do have a few more things to assemble and a bit of decor to be place, the space is looking amazing. ✨🤩

A June Love Spell

For this love spell, you'll need a small clean jar with a lid, rose water, sweet red wine, and six red rose petals. (If you can't find rose water, tap water will work in a pinch.) As you gather your supplies, think about love, but not with a specific person. Once you have your supplies, follow the instructions in this verse:

Fill a small jar with a lid,
Half with rose water, half with sweet red wine.
Add the rose petals, cap it, and keep it hid.
Think of love for seven days' time.
Then pour the mixture on the ground, and tell no one what you did.

Rinse out the jar and lid to use for magic again. Don't think about this spell. Wait for love to come to you.
