A beautiful lunch at Le Troquet LLC today. The croque madame was perfection and the side salad delightful. The crisp bread toasted with gooey cheese fried at the edges, velvety bechamel sauce, delicately sliced ham, bacon, and the gorgeous sunnyside egg on top was to be transported to a lovely cafe in France.
