We're Hiring: Controller/Bookkeeper

We're looking for a detail-oriented Controller/Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Alden.

In this role, you'll manage day-to-day accounting operations across our family of companies, including:
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Payroll & bank reconciliations
• Financial reporting & general ledger management
• QuickBooks Online
• Owner statements, invoicing & escrow balancing
• Other related tasks

What we're looking for:
✔ Experience as a Controller/Bookkeeper or similar role
✔ Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
✔ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

~ Hybrid position in Alden, MI (with the opportunity for partial remote work after training)
~ 25-40 Hours per week
~ Paid Sick Time
~ Location Flexibility, with consistent office hours required
