So excited to have another antique in the shop!! This one was part of the family general store in the 1910’s to 20’s, that was a victim of the depression; closing its doors when the economy crashed. In the 1970’s it started its life as a penny jar and stayed a penny jar until this year. Now it could become yours! Click the link below and see if this oversized Whitehouse Brand Vinegar Jug would round out your collection! We look forward to working with you!

Our rural Virginia consigner states that this jug has spent the last 50+ years as a penny jar and was only recently emptied. It is dirty on the inside from storage. Believed to have been produced in the late 1910s or the 1920s from a three-piece mold.
