Beef Stew in pressure cooker

Pat beef cubes almost dry with paper towels.
Coat beef cubes with a mixture of 3 tablespoons of flour and 1 tablespoon of beef stew seasoning mix.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of oil to pressure cooker and brown beef.
Add 1/2 of medium onion diced.
Add 32 ounces of beef broth to pressure cooker, add 2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce, add pepper, add 3 tablespoons of ketchup, add dash of horseradish and cook on high pressure for 40 minutes.
Release pressure and add 18-20 ounces of frozen vegetables medley. Optional to add 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms. Add packet of mushroom gravy mix. Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.

Serve over mashed potatoes, I used Bob Evans brand for an easy meal.

Enjoy!
