When I travel, I try to bring back some ideas for pops from the local cuisine. Holland is going to be a challenge! They don't really grow a lot of fruit. Fish, cheeses, snert, waffles..... not happening.

Pops today. Switchel is based on an old school beverage of the same name. Contains fresh ginger, live apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and apples.
