Watching the incredible crowds gather for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) grand opening was a powerful reminder of why I love retail real estate. Fans traveled from across the country, lining the blocks and chanting “Go Ninja Go Ninja Go.” It was a culturally historic moment, and it perfectly captured the real-time impact of brick-and-mortar.

Andy Nguyen is a masterclass in modern entrepreneurship, someone driving massive cultural, community, and economic value. Physical retail serves as the modern-day bazaar. It’s where commerce happens, human connections are made, and ideas thrive. But bringing these concepts to life isn’t easy. Elevate Retail Group worked with acclaimed Chef Kenta Ikehata to open Chicago Ramen's 4th restaurant location in Algonquin, Illinois. Chicago Ramen is known for its flavorful eats and uses the freshest, tastiest ingredients to prepare its signature dishes including Vegetable Ramen, White Miso Ramen, Chicken Ramen, Tsukemen dipping noodle and so much more!

Chef Kenta is known for his work on the launch of Tsujita, the Tokyo based ramen chain in Los Angeles, California and his restaurant, Chicago Ramen, has received outstanding reviews from outlets including the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Eater, Chicago Magazine and many more.

It was such a pleasure working with Chef Kenta Ikehata on this project and we are excited to welcome this delicious ramen shop into the Algonquin community for everyone to enjoy!

Exciting news! Delicious and popular mochi donut brand, , will be opening soon in the in Walnut Creek.

The delicious eatery serves Mochi Donuts, Korean Rice Flour Hotdogs, Bubble Tea Drinks and Soft Serve so there is something for everyone!

Mochinut currently has over 20 locations open nationwide and signed with Elevate Retail Group to help the popular food concept expand in the California market. Special thanks to Joe Kuvetakis from John Cumberlich & Associates for the collaboration. Stay tuned for grand opening details!
