Hello customers, friends, followers~
This sure has been quite the turn of events for 2020 but we're looking forward to returning to normal soon.
We've followed our state's guidance through this pandemic and we are eagerly anticipating opening 100% once given the permission to do so.
As most of you know, non-essential retail businesses are currently able to function a slightly different way, meaning we can offer curbside service for your shopping needs! We've been doing just that and I must say, we are SO very thankful for your continued support, patience and trust.
We are mostly grateful of everyone's understanding during this pandemic - after all, none of us were ready for these crazy times.
There are many precautions and necessary steps being taken to assure a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
Since March 23rd, we've been assisting customers with questions/online purchases and making sure we stayed available by working from home. Our focus is to continue with curbside orders and online orders from justicebrospawn.com and our partner store cloud10shop.com
Our store location is accepting curbside orders in the following manner:
* Making appointments ahead of time are suggested by calling between 11a-3p
* Drive up shoppers are always welcome during pickup times, even without an appointment
* All orders can be expedited by calling 269-978-3999
* Pick up times are Tues-Sat between 3p-6p
* Online orders can be shipped (fee) OR picked up in person (free)
Our decision for these appointments/pickup times was based on the usual trend of our busiest hours. By establishing blocks of availability, we've successfully kept a safe environment for us all.
In the event an alternate time is needed, we can certainly accommodate.
