Rules and Regulations
All Booths and Tables without reserved signs are first come, first serve. No drinks or food are to be sold with the exception of wrapped baked goods. If you are carrying a firearm for your God given right of self-protection do not unholster it unless you intend to use it. Dealers are responsible for their merchandise. Customers are responsible for th
eir personal property while shopping and assume the risk of loss. Do not hold, move or sublease tables. No alcoholic beverages, dope, or anyone under the influence allowed on the premises. Animals must be properly controlled by owners. Owners are responsible for any damage or loss associated with their failure to control their animals. No soliciting. Dealers must clean their area and take all trash with them. Trash cans are for customer use only. A fee will be charged at your next set up. We have the right to reject and or place a set up. Rates for seasonal items may have an upcharge. Dealers may sell up to two seasonal produce items per day. Dealers and customers must follow any additional directions of management. Everyone must conduct themselves in a manner which does not disrupt the market. No murmuring. Also known as Tale Packing, Gossiping, Drama, acting like a 13 year old (of course unless you are a 13 year old) or generally just causing trouble. NO REFUNDS. No counterfeit items or items which the dealer does not have the legal right to sell, may be sold or displayed. If you as a customer or agent of a third party observe a dealer sell or display counterfeit items or items you believe they do not have the legal right to sell you agree as a condition of being allowed onto the property to immediately notify law enforcement AND management. If you fail to do so you agree to waive any claims for damages by either you or the third party you are the agent of against management or owners of this market.
