⚠️ NOTICE REGARDING SOUTH MALL PROPERTY
South Mall including its parking lots are private property maintained for the use of our customers, tenants, and employees while shopping, or conducting business at the center.
It has come to our attention that unauthorized car meets/gatherings have been taking place on Mall Property after business hours. These gatherings are not approved or permitted by Mall Management.
Loitering or gathering anywhere on South Mall property, including the parking lots, during and after hours is strictly prohibited and will be considered trespassing on private property.
Local law enforcement has been notified that loitering is prohibited on South Mall property and is authorized to take appropriate enforcement action, including citing individuals for trespassing.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in respecting South Mall, our tenants, and our property.
