Hey y’all- Shana here.

Today is the last day of September: Su***de Prevention Month.

Today and every day I hope that each and every one of you know that you are important and worth every bit of life. I value all of you- those I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and those that I haven’t yet. You matter, and I hope you feel that down to your soul.

If there are times when life feels hard, please don’t hesitate to reach out- to someone, anyone. 988 is a great resource. Staff here are great resources. You don’t have to go through hard times alone. You deserve so much more than that- no matter what. 💛
